When purchasing an item from the hardware category, its serial number is attached to the customer's invoice and recorded electronically. If requested, a warranty coupon can be provided in printed form, although we mainly use electronic coupons.

Warranty service:

3) After receiving the item in the service, if it takes more than 40 calendar days to eliminate the product complaint, the item is subject to replacement. At the time of replacement, the store is guided by the market value of the product to be replaced on the date of occurrence of this condition, the refund is made by crediting the amount to the customer's account without cash.
4) In order to create additional comfort, in some cases when the defect of the item can be confirmed remotely and it is clear that the damage to the item cannot be repaired, or it will take more than 40 calendar days, we exchange the item for you at the address without coming to the service center. In order to enforce the terms of this clause, our staff may ask you to provide a picture of the product complaint or a video of the problem.
5) In the case of purchasing a product from the hardware category, if the standard warranty period is not specified, a 2-year warranty service is valid. Please note that there are products with a factory warranty of less than 2 years, therefore the operating period issued by the factory is indicated in the lower part of the description of each such product, however, even after the expiration of the operating period, the consumer does not lose the right to contact the store for warranty service for 2 years, in addition, for some products of allmarket LLC .ge offers an additional commercial warranty that goes beyond the statutory 2-year warranty service period (see Article 8 of the General Terms and Conditions)
6) Commercial guarantee - in addition to the obligation to ensure compliance with the contract, by the merchant or manufacturer (issuer of the guarantee), additional and free of charge reimbursement of the paid price, replacement of goods, repair or service, other obligations that do not arise from the obligation to eliminate non-compliance with the contract
7) If the consumer discovers a defect in the goods within 6 months after taking possession of the goods, until the contrary is proven, it is assumed that the defect existed when the goods were delivered, if, based on the nature of the goods or the nature of the defect, this is possible. In this case, the burden of proof rests with the merchant. If the consumer discovers the defect in the goods after 6 months after taking possession of the goods, the burden of proving that the defect existed at the time of delivery of the goods lies with the consumer
8) If the goods purchased by the customer are defective, he has the right to request a free repair or replacement of the goods, a reduction in the price of the goods or to return the goods and request a full refund of the amount paid
9) The customer has the right to request a reduction in the price of the goods or a full refund if: the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the goods were not repaired within a reasonable time, or the repair or replacement of the goods causes a significant delay to the customer.


The item is not subject to warranty service if:
1) The warranty period has expired.
2) The serial number does not match the product purchased by the customer
3) The item has mechanical, thermal or water damage caused by penetration into the mechanism.
4) The product set is not presented in full (it means the essential components of the product, it does not mean the instruction, box, etc.)
5) The item was damaged due to improper operation.
6) If the item is not for industrial or commercial purpose and was damaged during commercial use.
7) Product damage caused by electrical malfunction (high current surge).
8) The item is repaired / opened arbitrarily or by unofficial service centers.
9) The item was damaged by a third party during incorrect installation or switching on. The operating conditions in the user manual were not taken into account.
10) Consumables of the device are used in violation of the operating conditions.
11) Please note: the warranty condition applies to the product's engine and its essential/component parts.

Product return and exchange:
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Georgia, the following protocol for the unconditional return of the item is defined when purchasing a product from allmarket.ge LLC online store:

1) When purchasing the product, the unconditional return period was determined - 14 calendar days
1.1) Initiation of the application for the return of the item is counted within 14 calendar days after signing the receipt.
1.2) After registering the application for the return of the item, the customer is obliged to return the item immediately, but no later than 7 calendar days (unless the store has undertaken to return the item on its own), after the expiration of this period, the customer loses the legal right to return the item!
1.3) The store is obliged to return the paid goods to the customer within 14 calendar days after registering the application for return of the item! Note that the cost of express delivery and delivery of the item in the region is not reimbursed!

Please note that if the customer makes a return request by telephone, the call must be made from the same number as the number specified in the order, and the return request must be made by the person in whose name the order is made.
3) The item is not returned under the condition of unconditional return if the box is damaged (does not mean opening the box under standard conditions in order to inspect the item), the instruction is missing (if any), the item shows signs of external use, is disassembled arbitrarily, replaced with another product. The issue of returning such an item may be discussed through an individual agreement and based on the good will of the store. The prerequisite for returning such products is a discount from the customer (within 10-40%). This condition applies only if, with the resources of the store, it is possible to bring the item to the condition that At the time of resale, the product must conform to factory standards. Note that if the store does not have the resources to restore the used product to factory condition, the reduced price rule does not apply.
4) Used hygiene items are not returned, as well as items whose hermetic packaging is broken, and this violation creates a risk of product defects and health hazards (earphones, beard shavers, epilators, trimmers, hair clippers, toothbrushes, hair irons, hair dryers, hair curlers, cosmetics, perfumery) Please note that the condition of unconditional return does not apply to products up to 30 GEL!
5) Used items are not returned directly, similar issues are considered individually and paragraph 3 of the same norm may apply (the store reserves 14 calendar days for checking the item)
6) The costs of transportation and other services related to unconditional returns are borne by the customer (installation, disassembly, assembly, disassembly, etc.)
7) If the product consists of several items (for example, a stock set), the return of one or more items does not create an obligation to return the other items in case they are used, in this case the preconditions stipulated in clause 3 apply.
8) Note that cancellation of an order already in the processing stage results in the obligation to reimburse the operating costs. Please place the order in a healthy and sober state, the order made by phone call has the force of a standard contract. In case of cancellation of the sent order, you will be obliged to pay the courier and operating costs (transportation costs - 2 ways, operator services, warehouse services, accounting procedures, etc.) on average, the compensation amount is 10% of the value of the item. When purchasing products worth more than 300 GEL using the "payment with courier" method, the operator will ask you to transfer 10% of the value in advance, a different approach may be considered individually.
